Billy McGee of Foxford Angling Club in Mayo had a surprise while fly fishing for trout at Bleach Lough in October, when he hooked this 30 lb beauty and successfully landed the fish with a 9 lb  flouracarbon leader. The fish was released after the photograph.

The date for AGM has been set for the 19th February 2012 at 3pm in Curran's Bar at the Ferrybridge.

Pike Competition has been deferred until 4th March 2012.

Lake currently closed for game fishing, we re-open on the 4th March 2012.

Boats to be removed as soon as possible after 31st November. Please arrange time with waterkeepers.

Boat can be re-launched on Sunday, 26th February 2012.
